Corona Virus has taught us a lesson and shown the dependency points of our business. The importance of work culture need to be redefined. The options of remote services need to be increased and trust with validation based KRA need to be determined b leadership. This gives an opportunity for entire corporate community for building a robust business continuity plan. The work and life based on current pandemic also teaches the importance of work life balance and the need to work together as combined communities not separate workforce.
